Ingredients

  • 1/2 large avocado or 1 small
  • 1/2 cup chicken breast shredded
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

  • 1 Sprouted Bread Toasted

  • 2 Sprouted Bread Toasted

Instructions

  • Smash your avocado, add your chicken breast. I use my crockpot shredded chicken. Add the lime juice, salt, pepper, everything but the bagel seasoning. Mix.
  • To keep it in S eat on Romaine lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with a little more Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.
  • For S helper, as pictured, enjoy on 1 slice of sprouted toast. Sprinkle with a little more Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.
  • XO, enjoy on 2 slices of sprouted toast. Sprinkle with a little more Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.
