Notes

Tip - You don't have to set the salmon in the marinade. You can just brush it on when you're ready to cook it.
I buy the frozen wild caught salmon at Aldi. They’re individually wrapped. Need a quick thaw? Place frozen salmon in a sink of hot water for a couple minutes, before placing in the skillet.
On the Trim Healthy Mama Plan this is a Deep S recipe.
This marinade is yummy on veggies too! Green Beans or Roasted Broccoli!

On nights that I'm in a hurry, I can have this salmon cooked up in 15 minutes. (Nights that hubby walks in the door and I don’t have supper started!? And for the farmer’s wives, this one transports well to the field?) And hubby requests this meal.
I make my own lemon pepper, and I make my seasoning salt. If you purchase seasoning salt check the ingredients. You want one without the extra junky fillers.
