Equipment
Ingredients
- 15 oz hot water
- 2 oolong tea bags
- 2 TBL lemon juice
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 1/8 tsp THM stevia.
- 2 tsp. baobab powder
Instructions
- Brew your hot water. Pour over 2 oolong tea bags. Allow to steep a few minutes. Pour over ice in a 30 oz insulated cup.
- Add lemon juice, salt, stevia, and baobab, Stir
- If prepping a large amount at a time, I usually do 8 jars at once, so I can grab and go!
- Each 15 oz jar gets 2 oolong tea bags. Once cooled add your lemon juice, pinch of salt & THM stevia. Refrigerate. When ready to drink, pour over ice in a 30 oz cup, and add the baobab. I don’t add the baobab in advance because it clumps up.
- Oolong boost juice on the go!
I put the lemon juice, Stevia, and salt in the bottles. Transport the baobab in a baby formula - on the go- container. Add the baobab when you are ready to drink your tea.

Notes
I purchase my organic bottled lemon juice at Costco. Drink it all day, every day, and keep the germs away!
I love baobab and it’s so good for you. It’s the Superfood of Superfoods!!
⚠️If new to using baobab, ease into it with just 1 tsp. It's very high in fiber. ⚠️

I love this drink so much! Thank you!
You’re welcome! 🙂
I just love this refreshing drink and how it keeps the illnesses away !!
Why do I wait to add the baobab? Thx!
Only if you’re prepping it to drink later. The baobab clumps up.
Delightful! Your detailed recipe tips remove any guesswork and make prep time fun!
? O good! ❤️ Thanks!
Just saw why on line 4! Sorry!
G’day!
This is a wonderful refreshing & immune boosting drink! I’ve been making something similar but without the lemon juice- rather adding sprinkle of hot chilli powder, cinnamon baobab & whipping it all up with my hand blender. This has helped me fight that horrible flu bug which has hit us Aussies in a big way! Thank you for your fantastic recipes!
Sounds yummy!
Just made this! I usually drink tea plain. I’ve never been one to add anything, but now? I’m a Boosted kind of tea drinker?
Thanks my friend!
Great! You’re welcome! 🙂
