Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal
My Sis-in-law Leah introduced this yummy recipe to me! The yummy flavors of Chocolate and Peanut Butter together in a THM E Recipe!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 3-4 doonks THM Stevia
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 TBL cocoa powder
- 1 TBL de-fatted peanut flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Stevia Sweetened chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a LARGE mixing bowl, combine oats & water and microwave 3 minutes. Immediately add egg whites, whisking while adding so they don't become scrambled eggs. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well to combine. Sprinkle stevia sweetened chocolate chips like THM, Lily's, or Bake Believe chips on top.
TIP - When every minute counts in the morning, prep the night before!
- I Pre- measure the dry ingredients and set things out!
