Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites
I have always been a fan of the Super Food Chews. Here's my version using the new THM protein powder. If you love chocolate peanut, you'll love this Fuel Pull treat!

Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup THM flavored choco-peanut whey
- 1 cup collagen
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 TBL de-fatted peanut flour
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 1/4 cup THM gentle sweet
- 1 TBL THM super sweet
- 1 tsp pure Mexican vanilla
- 1 tsp THM peanut butter extract
- 4 tsp butter
- 1/4 cup water do not over wet!
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a food processor.
- While the food processor is running on low add the butter and wet ingredients.
- DO NOT add more water unless you have taken your blade out of the food processor, and stirred around with a spatula and you can see that it's still dry.
- Place the dough in between parchment paper.
- Using a rolling pin, roll flat.
- Cut into 24 pieces with a knife or pizza cutter.
- For storage I use the parchment paper to layer the bars in a container. See video below. Refrigerate.

I do not have a good processor. Any suggestions?
You might be able to mix it with a Kitchen Aid type mixer with whisk. But I myself haven’t tried it that way.

What could I use in place of the chocolate peanut butter whey? I have the chocolate, and unflavored whey.
Use the flavored chocolate!
I always keep these on hand. The chocolate peanut protein powder is a nice addition. So much better in my opinion than the FP THM brownie bars.
Glad you love them! 🙂
These are yummy!!! I substituted 1/2c plant “whey” and 1/2c collagen for the chocolate whey I didn’t have, and they turned out delicious.
Yay!! I’m so glad!
