Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 TBL THM super sweet
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 heaping TBL of apple pie spice
- 1 heaping cup lowfat cottage cheese I use 2% Daisy brand
- 1 heaping cup of no sugar added applesauce
- 2 cups egg whites 1 carton
- 2 apples diced
- 1 tsp THM Caramel Burst Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a hi powered blender, combine the dry ingredients. The rolled oats, super sweet, baking powder, and apple pie spice.
- Blend well.
- Then add wet ingredients. The cottage cheese, no sugar added applesauce, egg whites, and caramel extract.
- After blending, add your diced apples to the batter.
- Pour in a well greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes on 350°.
- Top w no sugar added apple butter!

Note: If you don’t have apple pie spice, use 1 tsp nutmeg and 2 tsp cinnamon.
And if you're using THM caramel burst extract, only 1/2 tsp is needed.
