Honey Mustard

There isn't any honey in this recipe, but it tastes like it.
This is a perfect dipping sauce for your chicken fingers! Kid Approved!
It's also a yummy dressing to top a salad!

If Using Homemade Mayo for DS option

  • 2 egg yolks (If it doesn't emulsify, add the egg whites. See instruction below)
  • 1 TBL lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp mineral salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/32 tsp THM Stevia 1 doonk
  • 1/2 cup MCT oil
  • 1/2 cup light tasting olive oil


  • If using store bought mayo, combine all ingredients until smooth. Store in refrigerator.

Homemade Mayo

  • With an immersion stick blender, blend the first 5 ingredients. (That's everything except the oil.)
  • Add the oils and keep blending until emulsified. See video below.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If it doesn't emulsify, add the egg whites and blend some more. I make it just fine without, but many of you have not been able to. Save it by adding the egg whites.



On the Trim Healthy Mama plan this recipe is a THM S. For Deep S use avocado oil mayo or homemade mayo. See the video above. 
For Fuel Pull use Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt instead of the Mayo.
