MCT Oil Vinaigrette

It’s great to take with you when you’re on the go! Keep a small bottle of it in your purse. I use a little plastic dressing bottle from Walmart. If scared of spills, simply put your bottle in a baggie.

  • Mix together. The flavors of this dressing go well with most any type of salad.
  • If doing the Trim Healthy Mama plan this is a S. Depending how many carbs are in your balsamic vinegar it can also be used in Deep S.
    It can also be used in E & FP if you measure out a serving at a time, 2 tsp MCT, then add small amounts of the rest of the ingredients.

Notes

I prefer using MCT oil for the benefits of it revving up the metabolism. But if you’re sensitive to MCT oil, simply swap out with extra virgin olive oil. I highly recommend THM brand for pure stevia. This dressing does not require refrigeration.
