Mini Cheddar Meatloaves

  • 2 lbs hamburger or ground venison
  • 1 medium sized onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup baking blend or almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cheddar shredded
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mineral salt
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk

Ketchup Sauce


  • Mix together in your mixer. Shape 10 mini loaves, and place in a baking dish.
  • Top meatloaf with the ketchup sauce.
  • Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes, or until no pink remains.
  • These freeze well too!
