Pink Lemonade Baobars
This sweet strawberry protein bar is packed with super-foods! A yummy THM FP treat! Give them some time to set in the fridge and they get chewy. They remind me of a starburst!

Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup THM strawberry flavored whey protein
- 1 cup collagen
- 1/4 cup baobab powder
- 1/8 tsp mineral salt
- 1/4 cup THM gentle sweet
- 1 TBL THM super sweet (optional if you like sweet things)
- 1 tsp Pure Mexican Vanilla
- 1 tsp lemon extract or food grade essential oil
- 3 drops strawberry oil (Lorann) or extract
- 4 tsp butter
- 2 TBL lemon juice
- 3 TBL water (do not over wet!)
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a food processor.
- While the food processor is running on low add the butter and wet ingredients.
- You can use more lemon juice, and less water if you want more lemon flavor. You can also use a food grade lemon essential oil in place of the lemon extract, or strawberry extract in place of the strawberry oil.
- Roll out the dough in between parchment paper. Cut into bars with a pizza cutter.
- Refrigerate. Store in the fridge or freezer.

Yum!! Like a healthy candy
What can be used instead of the strawberry ingredients? My daughter is highly allergic to strawberries, so absolutely no strawberry anything is allowed in our home.
You could try other flavored extracts with plain whey and add more sweetener.
