Pumpkin Spice Latte
It's PSL season "pumpkin spice latte" ??? And Starbucks & all the other coffee shops can be a huge stumbling block in your journey to health this time of year. I know we have food freedom, but that is A LOT of sugar! And if you order a sugar free one, it still has a bunch of chemicals in it.
Here's one I like to make at home. It's a Fuel Pull!

Ingredients
- 8 - 12 oz. brewed coffee
- 2 TBL half & half
- 1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin
- 1 doonk THM stevia
- 1 TBL pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 TBL (half scoop) THM protein powder
- 1/8 tsp pure Mexican vanilla
Instructions
- Pour your coffee into a large mug or 30 oz insulated cup. Add all other ingredients. Blend with an immersion stick blender. You can also use your blender.
Notes
The sunflower lecithin is optional, but it does make it creamier. Another option is add some unsweetened almond milk. If you have access to Pumpkin Pie Extract, use 1/8 tsp extract in place of the spice.
