Spaghetti

I’m not a big fan of pasta so I really didn't miss pasta in this low glycemic lifestyle. But I really love these THM noodles and now crave them! A big satisfying meal that is a THM FP!

Ingredients

  • 1 serving THM noodles
  • coconut oil cooking spray
  • 1 TBL THM nutritional yeast
  • 1/8 tsp italian seasoning
  • 3 oz ground chicken breast cooked
  • 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1/16 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 TBL Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Rinse your THM noodles under water in a colander. Drain. Then pan fry the noodles in a skillet with coconut oil cooking spray. Season them with the nutritional yeast and Italian seasoning. Add the cooked ground chicken and the sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • Cook it altogether for a few minutes. Plate it up and sprinkle a little Parmesan on it!

Notes

These noodles kept me satisfied on the FP days of a Fuel Cycle too!
