- Rinse your THM noodles under water in a colander. Drain. Then pan fry the noodles in a skillet with coconut oil cooking spray. Season them with the nutritional yeast and Italian seasoning. Add the cooked ground chicken and the sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Cook it altogether for a few minutes. Plate it up and sprinkle a little Parmesan on it!
These noodles kept me satisfied on the FP days of a Fuel Cycle too!
