Vanilla Chai Latte
Do you love a sweet chai? Me too! I've been enjoying this sweet vanilla chai latte as my afternoon snack! The great thing is it's sugar free and it isn't detrimental to your health. It's the perfect pick me up with the flavors of fall. Cinnamon and Vanilla! I'm enjoying it as a cold beverage, but if it's cool enough wherever you are, enjoy it hot! Ingredients
- 2 vanilla chai tea bags
- 3/4 cup hot water off the boil
- 1 drop Lorann cinnamon oil
- 2 TBL half & half
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin
- 1/4 cup THM Vanilla Bean flavored Whey Protein
- Pinch mineral salt
Instructions
- Allow the tea bags to steep in the hot water.
- Cool (Optional)
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the tea and blend with an immersion stick blender. Or you can use a regular blender.
- Enjoy hot or cold!
