Wild Alaskan Salmon Cream Cheese Appetizer
This recipe was created by my friend Margaret Archer. She brought it to my THM birthday party. It is delicious!Print Pin Rate
- 6 ounce Wild Alaskan Filet thin cut
- hot paprika
- 12 oz cream cheese
- Sprinkle a 6 ounce Wild Alaskan Filet (thin cut) with hot paprika, covering top side. Bake in 350 preheated oven for 7 mins. Refrigerate to cool down (at least 30 mins.) Meanwhile take 1 and 1/4 cream cheese and place on platter into 1 rectangular shape. Top with salmon and spoon Balsamic Mango dressing on top of salmon.
- Balsamic Mango dressing recipe- Combine the 2 T of Trader Joe's Amba Mango Sauce (found in the refrigerated section, it is a savory fermented mango turmeric sauce), add 2T. balsamic vinegar and 1 doonk THM stevia and 2 dashes THM salt.
- For serving, slice 1 English cucumber and 1 zucchini and place around Wild Alaskan Cream Cheese Appetizer. Enjoy!
